The client wanted to shift its focus from time-share business into resorts, targeting young professionals with disposable incomes for weekend getaways. Since this would potentially mean larger groups rather than individual couples or families, the blocks were designed for larger groups which can be rented individually or as a whole. The resort consists of eight semi-autonomous blocks, each with a sea-fed lagoon and sea view, set within a vast casuarina forest. Status: Worked till design development stage.
