Ecospace Urvi Row Housing

This is a proposal to develop a property into 6 subdivided plots, each housing a villa of approximately 2,200 Sq.ft. The villas are designed to maximize the utilization of space on-site while ensuring privacy to adjacent lots and meeting the developer’s
requirement for Vastu compliance. Each villa features a terrace garden with a light roof sheltered by solar panels and the walls are cladded in porotherm bricks, which form a central theme to the development. Status: Worked till conceptual design stage.
