This apartment is proposed within 2km of Kochi’s tech hub Infopark. It is a contemporary mid-to-high rise residential design that blends structural clarity with expressive façade articulation. A reinforced concrete frame forms a visible grid, with horizontal slabs and vertical columns framing infill of light weight terracotta blocks.

A defining architectural feature is the extensive use of projecting balconies. These cantilevered slabs vary slightly in depth and alignment, producing a dynamic, staggered effect across the façade. This layering of solid (brick), frame (concrete), and void (glass openings and balconies) gives the building a textured, three-dimensional quality.
