This is a state of art Flight Kitchen designed and built to cater for the growing needs of the Cochin International Airport. The kitchen space is an area of 15,000 sq.ft, completely column free and has roof slab supported by way of exposed concrete arched beams. Total Project Cost: Rs.10 Crores.
