Spread across a 2.62-acre site in the heart of Infopark Phase 2, this 2,26,000 sq.ft development for Caspian Techparks India Pvt. Ltd. is conceived as a built expression of growth and progress within the IT sector—an ethos championed by the Infopark Authority in the state.

The project is envisioned as a phased development comprising two buildings. The first building features a simple, open floor plate designed to maximize tenant usability and adaptability. Its flexible planning allows each floor to be efficiently subdivided into halves or quarters, accommodating multiple tenants without compromising functionality or spatial quality. Shallow floor plates maximize the ingress of light, which is appreciated by the tenants.

The second building is conceived with a focus on speed, precision, and efficiency, utilizing precast concrete technology. Each floor is assembled using factory-made slabs and columns, enabling rapid on-site construction. The precast work of the superstructure for this 11-storey building was completed in a record time of just 80 days, with the overall building handed over in 12 months. The floor plate is designed to maximise space efficiency.
