This IT Park for Caspian Techpark Pvt. Ltd is designed to emulate the notion of growth and progress in IT sector spearheaded by the Infopark Authority in the State. A modern building in all respects, this is an alternate take on Modernism in Architecture with respect to materials and construction technology as it aims to be a pioneer in steel buildings in the state. Spread over a 2.62 acre land, this 3,00,000 sq.ft. property is designed on the principles of green building. Total Project Cost: 87.5 crores. Status: Phase 01 is built. Phase 02 & 03 is in progress.
