Iron Butterfly Wellness Gym

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Status: Built (2019)

This is a refurbishment project of an existing building into a wellness gym at Kochi. This constituted of three storeys with a small administrative office at the ground floor. Wood, glass and terracotta tile were used as a theme across the premises to enhance the ‘warmth’ of the interior spaces. The front of the building was given a secondary fabric screen in order to shade it from the sun during the harsh summer evenings.
