Oceanic Apartment

This apartment complex was designed on a rather tight L-shaped property and hence the L-shaped configuration of the building. The lower six floors were dedicated to parking to meet the parking requirements the client had of providing two car spots for every apartment. All the common amenities were taken to the top of the building to take advantage of the views from that height (with visibility of the ocean), and was landscaped into a roof garden within which were set the club house, pool, party rooms, business centre and other community gathering spaces.
